In connection with the changed world situation several years ago, MB RUS JSC faced a serious problem: how not to lose the opportunity to provide warranty repairs and maintenance of the huge Mercedes-Benz fleet in Russia in the absence of access to international systems. The company found a way out by developing its own IT solution based on the Russian low-code platform BPMSoft (part of the product portfolio of IT holding LANSOFT), which repeated the functionality of the global system, and also made it possible to automate warranty processes for new brands that have expanded the portfolio of MB RUS - SERES, Foton, Forland.
