Equipping two assembly halls on Orsha
The X-Com group of companies has developed and implemented multimedia systems in small and large assembly halls in the building of the Moscow Aviation Institute on Orsha. All solutions were developed from scratch, from cable communications to a control system.
The equipment in the large assembly hall provides for three main modes: lecture hall, conference, academic protection. Under a single control and control center, VKS, video display, voicing and sound amplification systems are combined, as well as a stage lighting system. In addition, it is possible to register the progress of the event and broadcast on the Internet.
The main image output provides a large LED screen with a diagonal of 8.5 meters, the image can be duplicated on additional screens in different parts of the hall, which can also be used as teleprompters. Flexibility and functionality in working with the processes of receiving, transmitting and routing video and audio signals is provided using AV over IP technology, which is implemented using Russian active network equipment. The speaker system of the hall consists of suspended linear arrays that create a uniform sound field on a large area of the hall with minimal distortion.
The stage lighting system allows you to arrange light accents, illuminate the main stage and can work in light music mode. Thus, it is possible to organize high-quality and effective light support for both official and entertainment events of the university.
The small assembly hall is a transformable space and performs the same functions as the large one. It has a video display system based on an LED screen with a diagonal of 4 meters. The screen can be used to not only render static graphics information (such as training materials), but also an extended dynamic range video signal.
| The set of solutions we have developed will allow us to carry out events at a high level, and make them comfortable not only for offline participants, but also for those who are remotely present. The implementation took place in several stages, before the launch several tests were carried out. Russian developments were used, which can be safely called high-tech. The systems provide high image quality, sound, modern control capabilities, a wide range of settings. These systems are currently actively used in the educational process, making it truly technological and effective, "said Petr Esilevsky, Head of PRO-AV GK X-Com. |
Equipping audiences with multimedia systems
The X-Com Group of Companies has equipped the audience of the Moscow Aviation Institute with professional multimedia systems. Eight facilities were upgraded: one large in-line auditorium, seven standard, one computer room, and an assembly hall. As a result of the demonstration of the decision, high marks were received from the university leadership. X-Com announced this on November 18, 2025.
A high-brightness Panasonic projector was installed in the in-line audience - more than 11 thousand. ANSI-lm, with the option to transfer images from a video camera. The interactive board mode is also provided with the ability to work from different devices. For example, you can use the screen as an interactive whiteboard, or broadcast from a laptop. To increase audibility, an acoustic system and microphones are mounted on the walls of the hall. In addition, it is possible to broadcast a lecture for remote listeners. Standard audiences are equipped with LUMIEN interactive panels on mobile stands to provide flexibility in the educational process. Also, several classrooms have video cameras with automatic pointing at the active speaker and ceiling microphones, with the ability to transmit image and sound remotely.
The computer class was fitted with an 86 "LUMIEN panel on the mobile stand. The room has an elongated shape and is designed for a large number of students, so in addition to the main screen, there are two duplicates, as well as a ceiling microphone array, so that students who are far from the teacher can hear him and ask him questions, as well as see the image from the board.
| Modern multimedia systems will help teachers and students work and study remotely, and the demonstration of materials will become as visual as possible, "said Pyotr Esilevsky, Head of PRO-AV GK X-Com. - By the way, this is the third X-Com project for MAI, and now other classrooms of the educational building are being modernized. This is an interesting project for us in terms of tasks, and we are glad to cooperate. |
