Giusto Consulting HRM Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009

The solution on personnel records allows to solve all problems of the industry directed to personnel management of the enterprise: accounting of a labor activity and the additional information about the staff of the company, drawing up production calendars and sheets of working time, formation of the unified, industry and additional personnel reporting.

The solution allows to automate actually all aspects of personnel records that allows to increase efficiency of employees and to improve business processes of the enterprise. The accompanying solution on payroll in turn is intended for the manufacturing enterprises using calculation of a collective payment method of work allows to make preliminary multi-user payroll and tariff fund for crews taking into account specifics of the industry, raises a possibility of the analysis and information processing on the salary, assignments of the PIT and UST and also import of data to PF.

Flexible configuration of the module allows to make process of automation of calculation by more effective that significantly reduces labor costs by payroll. Both solutions support work territorially and organizationally the distributed companies and holdings and are closely integrated among themselves (Settlings with personnel of Axapta are developed on the basis of the module).

Thanks to the fact that the previous versions of solutions on salary and the personnel were developed based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 consultants and Giusto Consulting developers could make use effectively of the experience and knowledge during the work on these solutions based on the new version of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. Thus, the solutions "Personnel Records" and "Payroll" combine functionality of the last version of a system and efficiency of Microsoft Axapta 2009.
