ELMA presented the ELMA Cortex platform of corporate AI agents at the ELMA DAY '25 conference, which was held on November 13 in Moscow and gathered 1,200 representatives of large businesses. ELMA Cortex is created as an infrastructure for corporate implementation AI agents that do not work in "external" mode [[artificial intelligence]], but as full-fledged participants in business processes. Platform is embedded in the ELMA365 process core and allows agents to operate in within roles, access rights, SLAs, regulations, and the company's data model.
Product Owner ELMA Cortex Alexey Trefilov emphasized that the architecture was created around processes: the agent must comply with the corporate management model, and not be an isolated function based on LLM.
