In November 2025, the Turkish construction holding Enka Inshaat ve Sanayi Anonymous Shirketi (ENKA) registered two new subsidiaries in Moscow. The activities of organizations, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, are related to data processing.

According to the Business News Agency, the companies were named Enka Date Center Solutions LLC and Enka Date Center Services LLC. The authorized capital of each organization is 1 million rubles. The CEO of both companies is Arslan Abdullah Emre. Enka Data Center Services LLC has its registered office on Presnenskaya Embankment, where ENKA has its head office in Russia.

So far, there is no official information about the holding's plans to build data processing centers (data centers) in Russia. However, according to ABN, in the summer of 2025, ENKA announced the start of construction of a large data center in the Tuzla region of Istanbul. The capacity of this facility will be more than 1.2 thousand server racks. The load on the information systems of the center will exceed 10 MW.
