PM Expert implemented the project of relocation of Volga-Dnieper Group

The PM Expert company entering into the Armada group (RTS, MICEX: ARMD), completed the project of reconstruction of new office and relocation of Volga-Dnieper Group to it.

The project on moving to new office was initiated by the management of Volga-Dnieper Group at the beginning of 2008 for connection of geographically distributed structural units in one office building. For achievement of this purpose it was necessary to perform reconstruction of the new office building, to provide moving and full functioning of group in the new premises.

Active project phase began in 2010 with attraction to external control of specialists of PM Expert company as the head, the deputy manager and the administrator of the project.

It was necessary to the project team consisting of specialists of PM Expert and the staff of Volga-Dnieper Group in a short time and within the approved budget to perform reconstruction with debugging of all communications of new office of 4500 sq.m with involvement of 10 main contractors.

After the expert analysis of structure of the works which are coming in the project and drawing up the process map of the organization and carrying out installation and construction works, the decision to apply a method of concurrent engineering and construction and also introduction of the round-the-clock mode by turns of installation and construction works was made to keep within a project framework.

As a result all planned works are performed in 8 months at the scheduled time, within the budget and according to technical documentation. The engineering systems and IT infrastructure passed comprehensive tests and were put in operation, moving of structural units of Volga-Dnieper Group to new office was implemented without interruption of business processes of the customer.
