Tests of the automation system of management of financial and economic activity (ASUFHD) in Magadanenergo are complete

In JSC Magadanenergo acceptance tests of the configuration created by experts of MRTsB Consulting firm for control automation by financial and economic activity of power supply system in the Northeast of Russia are complete.

Results of tests confirmed readiness of functionality of ASUFHD for deployment and the beginning of trial operation in eleven branches (Central office, Arkagalinsky state district power plant, the Magadan combined heat and power plant, East electric networks, the Western electric networks, the Central electric networks, the Southern electric networks, Magadanenergopostavka, "Magadanenergosbyt", the Motor transportation enterprise, Plant of public catering).

Project objectives – automation of problems of accounting and tax accounting, treasurer transactions and contract management in all structures which are a part of JSC Magadanenergo in a common information space based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management configuration edition 1.3.

The project started in 2010, its termination is planned for June, 2011. Project works began with holding consulting seminars for users of JSC Magadanenergo as a result of whom detailed amendments on compliance of standard functionality of the platform to requirements of the Customer and volume of necessary completions which formed the basis of Technical specifications on adaptation of a configuration of management of manufacturing plants on functional units are formulated: Contract management. Treasury. Accounting and tax accounting:

• Fixed asset accounting;
• Accounting of Interfilial calculations;
• Cash accounting;
• Accounting of the VAT;
• Accounting according to PBU 18/02;
• Cost accounting and closing of month;
• Reflection of operations on settlings with personnel;
• Formation of the regulated reporting.

Acceptance tests of a system which results confirmed readiness of functionality of ASUFHD for deployment and the beginning of trial operation are complete.

During preparation for trial operation system deployment is performed, user training is provided, groups of implementation form, audit of historical data and preparation for transfer of a remaining balance is booked.

It is at the same time going to put into operation about 150 jobs. Key features of the project are its functional and organizational scope. JSC Magadanenergo is the large enterprise which is combining activities for generation, transport and sale electro-and heat power and also having auxiliary types of activity: transport services, the centralized purchasing activity, services of public catering, etc. All features of accounting on each of activities should find reflection in the implemented automation system.
