ERP is implemented into structure of the IC of the Tyumen state medical academy

In the Tyumen state medical academy the first stage of implementation of the software package "PARUS Budget 8" is implemented. The integrator is ITES company

Objectives

Implementation of an information system is intended to provide:

• optimization and unification of interaction of divisions of Academy due to creation of a common information space on management of material and financial flows;

• support of processes of acceptance of management decisions and increase in efficiency of receiving management information due to creation of an operational pool of data on the facts of business activities of Academy and mechanisms of information representation in required analytical cuts;

• complex conducting budget accounting according to provisions of Budget and Tax codes of the Russian Federation and the instruction for budget accounting and the reporting;

• information component of processes of the budgeting focused on result.

Present

Today specialists of ITES company complete implementation of the modules "Payroll" and "Personnel management".

Future

At the second stage the modules "Financial Accounting", "Accounting of Food", "The Centralized Logistics", "Accounting of Agreements with Students and Accounting of Payment for Training" will be implemented.

Everything, within the project 42 jobs are supposed to automate.
