The network of Coffeeshop Company coffee shops is founded in 1999 in Austria, enters into the Schaerf group which delivers coffee and sale of the equipment for its preparation.
Already opened more than 150 coffee shops in the territory of the European Union and about 40 coffee shops in the USA. Less than in a year in Russia 8 coffee shops opened.

What tasks were set by the company for automation?
Tavern existence of a possibility of booking by waiters using mobile computers (PDA) was one of conditions when choosing the software.
Additional conditions were:
- control of actions of personnel of the enterprise
- obtaining detailed analytical reporting
- reduction of holding time of visitors
- payment by bank cards without use of terminals of bank
- reduction of errors at service of visitors
As the partner in automation of accounting the SoftBalance company (the developer of the known software Traktir) was selected.
The selected solution for network of coffee shops
The workplace of the cashier is automated on the modern computer monoblock with the touch screen Posiflex Jiva 5815 under control of a configuration "Traktir: Front-Office". The configured plan of the hall significantly improves visualization of work with a system and speed of work on customer service. Thanks to an opportunity to create reports on the sold goods and dishes, to work of waiters, removals of orders, preferences of clients we have the operational and authentic reporting helping us to manage effectively cafe. For automation of the Back office Traktir: Standart Plus which facilitates labor-intensive process of cost accounting and caloric content of dishes was set. Quickly and qualitatively creates reports on a remaining balance and the movement of raw materials, efficiency of activity of cafe in general.
For booking by waiters Unitech PA 500 PDA were installed
Advantages of use of the CPC:
1. There is no need to approach the POS terminal for introduction of the order. 2. There is no need to approach kitchen to specify whether the order is ready. 3. Holding time of 1 table is reduced. 4. The waiter spends in the hall more time. 5. There is no error probability at introduction of the order to the POS system.
At the moment 7 coffee shops are successfully automated.
On July 10, 2009 the new coffee shop Coffeeshop company located on Nevsky Avenue, 126 opened doors. It is already the sixth coffee shop in Russia!
The cozy atmosphere and charm of a summer verandah will not leave indifferent judges of quality coffee.
On October 4, 2009 the eighth coffee shop (the seventh in St. Petersburg) Coffeeshop Company opened.
The new coffee shop is located on Marat 1 in shopping Mall Nevsky Atrium, on the 1st floor and accomodates up to 36 people. Now, on the road to do shopping, it is possible to enjoy the Vienna coffee or, to try the Vienna strudels after watching the new movie at the nearest movie theater.
All cafes are on support of SoftBalance company that allows to resolve quickly arising issues during the work of the automated complex.
In plans for February, 2010.
In February, 2010 in Sankt-Peterbruge there will be a first COFFEESHOP COMPANY coffee shop opened on franchizing. Support to the partner is given by the owner Master Franshizy of the known Vienna brand in Russia to KOFE SET LLC.
The coffee shop on 38 seats will be open with a full support of KOFE SET LLC.
