Intalev automates management accounting in Ashatli agroholding

The INTALEV group began the project on automation of budgeting and management accounting for the agricultural producer, largest in Perm Krai.

The Perm agroholding "Ashatli" is dynamically developing, vertically and horizontally integrated group of the agricultural direction. In several directions the holding takes the leading positions in the region, besides the strategic plan of the company assumes entry into the markets of the neighboring regions. All this together with the high competition in the agricultural sector generated need of more transparent management system.

As notes company management, the need for carrying out the project arose due to the lack of well-defined rules of planning and collecting of planned and actual information. At the enterprises of holding different reporting systems were used, and there was no uniform information warehouse according to planned and actual budgets that complicated obtaining data necessary for the management.

Conducting management accounting, planning and obtaining the actual reporting under all enterprises entering into holding became the general task setting the direction to the project. For automation of budget management and management accounting the software product "INTALEV was selected: Corporate management".

In the long term also system implementation of management of finance with two-level consolidation of data of management accounting is planned: at the level of all holding and subholdings entering into it. The complexity of a task is explained by need to eliminirovat the internal turnovers both in each subholding, and between them. Consultants INTALEV will finish standard methodology of consolidation under specifics of Ashatli Agroholding and also implement it in the software product.

The project will be executed on unique GROWTH technology. It means that increase in terms and project cost is excluded.
