Commercial Release

National Computer Corporation (NCC) December 1, 2025 announced the release of a commercial version of ON SARUS + Composites for layer-by-layer design and technological preparation of the production of composite products of complex geometric shapes.

Software SARUS + Composites is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs. The solution is based on the SPZ technology platform and is fully compatible with the Astra Linux operating system.

SARUS + Composites allows you to form a digital model of the layered structure of a composite package, as well as perform technological preparation of production with high accuracy of modeling of calculation processes. In particular, the software provides advanced means for analyzing fiber deviation during layering. The system automatically calculates the mass and moments of inertia of the part, taking into account the production restrictions and the applied technological operations, excluding the errors of manual calculations. In addition, the software product provides automated preparation of production data for integration into enterprise workflows.

Capabilities of Software SARUS + Composites have been successfully tested on product models of Russian enterprises, in particular, on models of JSC Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA). As part of the tests, UZGA specialists noted that the solution makes it possible to ensure a full cycle of the end-to-end process of layer-by-layer design and technological preparation of the production of composite products based on the original geometry of 3D models without the need to rebuild it. The software was also checked for the correctness of joint work with industrial equipment for the production of composite products from the Russian manufacturer APEX.

The Russian composite products market demonstrates a stable need for specialized import-independent solutions. On June 10, 2025, NCC experts presented an updated module of the PLM system "SARUS + Composites," designed for the design and technological preparation of products from composite materials.

The end-to-end solution "SARUS + Composites," which is part of the SARUS + platform, provides a full cycle of layer-by-layer design and technological preparation of production with high accuracy of calculation modeling. The system allows you to quickly adjust the description of the composite structure, obtaining high-quality actual results at each stage of work.

The module implements the functionality of analyzing the deviation of fibers in the process of laying out layers, calculating the exact mass and moments of inertia of the part, taking into account production restrictions and the process operations used. An important advantage is full compatibility with, Astra Linux which ensures stable operation and compliance with the requirements of domestic standards regarding the import independence of the applied.
