2025: Directum RX Implementation
Yugoria works with citizens' appeals and personnel documents in. Directum The company Directum announced this on December 11, 2025.
Thanks to digitalization, the speed of processing citizens' appeals has increased by 2 times, and personnel processes have accelerated by 4 times.
As a result of the project in Ugoria:
- transformed the entire cycle of work on customer requests: from loading a request into the system to sending a response to the applicant and generating reports for the Central Bank and the All-Russian Union of Insurers;
- transferred personnel document flow to digital and connected 83% of employees to it;
- excluded the loss and damage of documents, reduced the cost of logistics and storage.
Implementation was carried out by specialists of the company MaiTek, Directum stalls. At the same time, all modifications were made by the internal team of Yugoria, which included the project manager, analyst and developer.
To determine the supplier, the insurance company's specialists analyzed 9 systems. The choice was stopped on Directum software: it fully met the functional and technical requirements.
In the near future, Yugoria plans to launch electronic processing of business trips and advance reports. Next in line is the transfer to the figure of agreement of contracts, payment of applications, procurement activities and the introduction of other new products.
