Implementation of the ERP system in Concern the High-voltage union

The High-voltage Union concern and Information technologies corporation signed the agreement on ERP system implementation the IT Enterprise at the Nizhneturinsky electrohardware plant ("NTEAZ-Elektrik"). The decision is made by the management of Concern on the basis of successful operating experience of a system the IT Enterprise at the Rivne plant of the high-voltage equipment which also is a part of High-voltage Union concern.

NTEAZ-Elektrik LLC represents modern hi-tech industrial complex, an integral part of High-voltage Union concern - leading manufacturer of a switching and distribution equipment of average and high classes of tension.

Main objectives of the project are:

• Replication of business processes and techniques within the enterprises of concern
• The unified new product development (the uniform engineering development center of new products in is created. Exactly)
• The analysis and comparison of product cost on production sites of concern
• Coproduction of big orders

The project started at the beginning of 2011. First of all implementations enter the following directions:

• Unification of production resources, standardization of information on technical training of production
• Accounting of material flows in production
• Calculation of planned and actual cost
