2025: Building an IT Company

In early December 2025, it became known that the former general director of the Doctor Nearby telemedicine group, Alexander Komov, created the Beauty-Connect IT company (BC LLC). This firm is developing a single ecosystem for cosmetology clinics.

Beauty Connect was registered on October 9, 2025 in Moscow with an authorized capital of 100 thousand rubles. The main activity is the development of computer software. Among the additional areas are declared advisory activities and work in the field of computer technology, data processing activities, the provision of information placement services, scientific research and development in the field of natural and technical sciences (other), as well as activities related to the use of computer technology and information technology.

Komov owns a 50 percent stake in the structure of BK LLC. Another 20% each belong to Elena Kuznetsova and Mikhail Luzanov, the remaining 10% to Boris Yelenich. At the same time, Komov holds the post of CEO of the company.

The Beauty Connect website notes that it creates a digital environment in which "real-time data is synchronized between the administrator, doctor and client." It includes three key components: BeautyCon Admin (for management), BeautyCon MD (for physicians), and BeautyCon Client (for clients). The first of these modules provides resource and financial control (average check, profitability), smart scheduling and real-time analytics. BeautyCon MD provides medical records and patient history with the ability to quickly enter data from the tablet directly into the procedural. BeautyCon Client allows you to make appointments, view your visit history, etc.^[1]
