2025: Launch of payment acceptance through the SBP

The service for receiving payments through the Fast Payment System (FPS) of the Federal Treasury from individuals in favor of state and municipal institutions has been put into industrial operation. The project was implemented on the basis of the Integration Platform (SVIP) as part of the GIS GMP. BPS announced this on December 9, 2025.

As of December 2025, payments are received to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (through the State Public services portal) and the Federal Customs Service (advance customs payments). In the near future, it is planned to expand the number of participants in the system by connecting municipal and budgetary, as well as autonomous institutions (schools, kindergartens, parks, state theaters, etc.).

All processing operations are performed on the SVIP platform, which ensures reliability and compliance with government standards, guarantees high performance and system security, meets all the requirements for import independence of critical systems. At the same time, the Open API makes it easy to integrate the service with existing cash systems. Multi-level protection against fraudulent transactions is also implemented.

The developed solution acts as an agent of a trade and service enterprise, providing direct communication between payers and government agencies through the NSPK and the Bank of Russia. The system allows you to form payment links in real time, provide instant crediting of payments to treasury accounts, work with various types of QR codes (static and dynamic).
