2025: Implementation of "1C: Fresh"

LLC Blumargo"" accelerated the processing of applications by 40% with. "1S:FRYeSh" The company Gandalf announced this on December 12, 2025.

BLUMAGRO LLC is a Rostov company that sells seeds, fertilizers and plant protection products. The main share of the assortment is sunflower and corn seeds, less often rapeseed and flax. The organization is responsible for the purchase and sale of seeds, keeps records of inventory, organizes logistics and builds work with suppliers and buyers.

Until 2025, the company used the basic functionality "1C: Enterprise Accounting" in the service "1C: FRESH." Over time, this became not enough: there were no flexible reports on unpaid bills, applications for the transportation of goods were formed manually, and documents on the basis of applications could not be created promptly. All this complicated the transparency of accounting and reduced the speed of processing orders.

In this regard, the key goals of automation were formulated: the creation of the document "Request for a machine" with the necessary printed forms, the revision of the report "Invoices not paid by buyers" and the integration of warehouse accounting with logistics.

To solve the tasks and expand the capabilities of the program, the company turned to GANDALF specialists.

The project has completed the following key tasks:

  • The report "Invoices not paid by buyers" has been finalized:
    • Details added: "Final settlement date," "Prepayment (in% and RUB)."
    • The selection form of the "Batches" directory (columns "Supplier" and "Reference") has been improved, the "Batches" directory is also a revision of the basic functionality, and was created in 2024.

  • You have created a Machine Requisition document with three operations:

    • Transfer from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to customers, return of goods.
    • The buttons "Fill by batch" and "Fill by supplier accounts" are implemented.
    • Added Create Based buttons for Warehouse Requisitions and Warehouse Requisitions.

  • The following printing plates have been developed:

    • "Application for a car for a carrier," this can be clearly seen in the diagram below.
    • "TN for movement."
    • "Distribution of batches to customers."

  • A "Machine Request Report" was created with filters by period, item, and counterparties.

The specialists conducted a detailed audit of the existing improvements in 1C: FRESH, gave advice to the BLUMAGRO LLC team and, based on the information received, adjusted the configuration so that it fully meets the business requirements. The introduction of improved standard reports and new turnkey documents has enabled faster employee performance and transparent analytics for management.

The introduction of updates has been instilled in the following improvements:

  • Request processing speed - Automatic document generation reduced request processing speed by 40%, freeing up resources for more important processes.
  • Accuracy of reporting - now the data on unpaid invoices includes all the necessary details, which has improved their accuracy and accelerated the analysis process.
  • Document experience - The introduction of printing plates has eliminated the need for manual filling and improved reporting experience.
  • Minimizing errors - Integrating warehouse and transport operations into a single process has improved synchronization between supply chain steps.

After the introduction of the updated software product and the completed improvements from GANDALF, the company received a tool for managing operations, fixed reporting problems to tax authorities and increased the speed of business processes. The project has become a vivid indicator of how the flexible adjustment of the 1C system for industry specifics allows you to adapt a typical product to the needs of a particular business and can be used in any niche.
