With the beginning of brokerage and depository activities, Strong Element established Syntegs OSBU and the XBRL Factory. Sintegro Consulting (Sintegs) announced this on December 18, 2025.

With the receipt of licenses, non-bank financial institutions need to transfer accounting from RAS to OSBU and submit reports in XBRL format.
