She led the direction for working with key Enterprise clients of Yandex, and was also responsible for the development of Yandex's Edadil service. Under the leadership of Elizabeth, direct sales and account teams were launched, system marketing and work with key clients were built. In addition, an e-commerce direction was launched, which proved its demand in the market and by 2023 provided about 50% of the total revenue of Edadil.

The HRlink team continues to grow. Elizaveta Shmyreva has been appointed to the post of director for the development of new products. She is engaged in expanding the HRlink product portfolio in the field of comprehensive HR automation. The company announced this on December 19, 2025.

In the HRlink team, Elizabeth will launch new solutions in the field of HR automation. It is part of HRlink's global strategy to develop a flagship product in the ecosystem direction. Under Elizabeth's leadership, customers will receive tools to automate HR processes. The company plans to release a personnel electronic archive for 2026, expand the HRlink Pro functionality (ticket system, expanded features of the'News' section, messenger, calendar), as well as develop partner functionality of business trips.

Over the years, I have faced many interesting challenges. For example, it was necessary to actually build a system of interaction with key customers and partners from scratch, including the development of processes and the formation of specialized teams, the adaptation of products to the needs of customers. This experience will help improve the functionality of HRlink, covering with services more and more tasks that HR and personnel specialists perform daily, "says Elizaveta Shmyreva.
