2025: Change of jurisdiction of the owner of the Gallery shopping center from Dutch to Russian

On December 17, 2025, the owner of the Gallery shopping center St. Petersburg changed its jurisdiction from Dutch to Russian. The asset became the property of the international company Greenwich LLC "," registered in Vladivostok on Russky Island.
