The VS company works at the market of information technologies of the Samara region from 2000th year, specializing in sale and service of software products of 1C. Paying essential attention to service of service of the clients, the company management realized need of implementation of ready IT solution on the integrated management of technical support service of clients (ServiceDesk) and also complex control of performing discipline of personnel of the company and automation of workflow processes.

Having spent considerable time for selection and testing of a number of the modern systems, the company management stopped the choice on a document management system and tasks of TEZIS developed by specialists of HAULMONT company – the Samara developer of automated systems who gained wide international recognition.
