The National Bureau of Informatization has introduced the EMAS.TRADE electricity sales management system for Rosenergoatom Concern

The company JSC "National Bureau of Informatization" has introduced the power sales management system EMAS.TRADE for JSC "Concern Rosenergoatom." The NBI announced this on December 26, 2025.

The solution based on the EMAS.TRADE platform has been put into commercial operation and is used in the processes of work in the wholesale electricity and capacity market (OREM). The project was implemented within the framework of the state import substitution program and ensured technological independence from foreign software.

As part of the project, the NBI JSC team created a single digital circuit to support energy trading. The system covers the key stages of work in the market: collection and processing of data from infrastructure organizations, analytical support for decision-making, automated preparation and submission of price requests, commercial dispatching, as well as the formation of regulatory and management reports.

The EMAS.TRADE platform fully complies with the current OREM rules and is integrated with the corporate information systems of the Concern, including production accounting and financial planning frameworks. This made it possible to eliminate gaps between operational and management data, increase the transparency of business processes and the speed of management decisions.

The implementation of the project confirms the expertise of the National Bureau of Informatization JSC in creating highly loaded industry IT solutions for power and other critical sectors of the economy.
