2025: Implementation of the electronic archive system "Etla"

TIS-Stroy LLC completed the introduction of the ETLA electronic archive system. The installation and configuration of the system was carried out by the IT specialists of the enterprise, which made it possible to quickly start working with the archive and adapt the system to the specifics of internal processes. This was announced by Atlas Soft on December 29, 2025.

TIS-Stroy is a construction company engaged in the design, construction of industrial and civil facilities, as well as integrated management of construction projects. The company's activities involve numerous contracts, project documentation, as-built schemes, estimates and certificates of work performed. All of these materials require systematic accounting, reliable storage, and quick retrieval, especially when running multiple projects at the same time.

The company was faced with the task of centralizing the storage of documents and ensuring quick access to them. Management was looking for a solution that would allow:

  • Create a structured archive for all document types
  • Automate the process of registering and distributing them to sections
  • Organize long-term, reliable storage with backup
  • Reduce the time required to search for documentation
  • Ensure version control and change history
  • link electronic copies of documents to original storage locations.

The electronic archive system "ETLA" in the "Standard" package fully meets these requirements. Its implementation has become an important stage in the digitalization of the company's business processes.

The installed system included:

  • Electronic document archive for centralized storage and management;
  • Subsystem for automatic updating of client workstations to simplify support;
  • In-line scanning subsystem, which accelerates the transfer of paper archives to digital form;
  • Subsystem of templates and document cards, automatic numbering and registration of arbitrary objects;
  • Nomenclature for systematization of storage funds;
  • History of objects with recording of all user operations;
  • Subsystem of notifications about events affecting the progress of work with documents;
  • Automatic document placement subsystem;
  • User personal license for 5 workplaces.

This solution covers key document management processes and creates the basis for further development of the enterprise's IT infrastructure.

After putting the system into operation, the company's employees received:

  • an orderly electronic database with centralized access;
  • possibility of one-time uploading of documents to the archive on the basis of registers;
  • a flexible mechanism for searching by details and keywords;
  • A tool for tracking versions and document history.
  • Data protection and backup, which is important for secure, long-term storage
  • automated accounting for the receipt and disposal of documents in accordance with industry standards.

These capabilities have made it possible to optimize the workflow process, reduce the time for routine operations and reduce the risk of losing important information.

Employees note that it now takes a matter of seconds to find a document, and registration of new materials is faster thanks to automatic naming and placement. The notification system helps to quickly track events related to the movement of documents, and the history of objects allows you to control the work of each participant in the process.

The use of ETLA also increases the level of information security: access rights are delimited, the history of actions is preserved, which makes processes transparent and manageable.

In the future, TIS-Stroy LLC plans to expand the number of connected workplaces, continue the transfer of paper archives to electronic form and integrate the system with other corporate IT solutions.
