2026: Product Announcement
On January 6, 2026, at a technology show in Las Vegas, Chinese company Dreame, which previously made mainly household appliances including vacuum cleaners, unveiled its first electric car, the Nebula 1.
According to CarNewsChina, the presented four-door sports car Nebula 1 is equipped with four electric motors and has a power of 1399 kW (1876 hp), which allows it to accelerate to 100 km/h in 1.8 s.
Dreame Nebula 1 is made in green using carbon (carbon fiber). The design includes a beveled hood, L-shaped headlights, six-spoke discs and yellow brake calipers. Distinctive elements are through taillights, a large wing and a two-level diffuser. There are no external door handles in the car.
Violation of the norms adopted in China (the obligatory presence of external pens) indicates the company's orientation to the global market. This strategy is confirmed by the company's plans to build a new plant in Berlin together with the French financial group BNP Paribas.
The declared dynamics (acceleration to 100 km/h in 1.8 s) surpasses the competitors: the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra model accelerates in 1.97 s, and the GAC Hyptec SSR - in 1.9 s. Interior details were not disclosed at the presentation.
According to CarNewsChina, the car manufacturer - the Chinese company Dreame - entered the Xiaomi Ecological Chain ecosystem in 2017. In August 2025, she announced the decision to enter the car market. Then she announced her supercar called Kosmera.
According to the presentation, Kosmera is the name of the car brand, and Nebula is the name of a specific model.[1]
