2025: CEO Andrey Yeshchenko becomes sole owner of oil producing company
LLC UNK-Perm (Ural Oil Company, Tchaikovsky, Perm Territory) withdrew from the membership of Tulymneft LLC. The company owned 99% in LLC, its share was bought by the general director of Tulymneft Andrei Yeshchenko, who thereby consolidated 100% of the shares.
