2026: "Grand Building" bought "Agrico "
In mid-January 2026, it became known that the agro-industrial group Agrico"" (Agriko Group of Companies) sold its business center located on the Warsaw highway in. To Moscow The new owner of the facility was the Grand Building company.
The Agrico business complex of category B consists of several buildings with a total area of approximately 9.3 thousand square meters. The facility is located on a closed, round-the-clock protected area of 1.5 hectares. The buildings are equipped with an access control and control system, as well as video surveillance. A fire and security alarm is installed in all rooms. Protected closed parking for 180 cars is provided. The Agriko business center is located in the first line of houses along the Warsaw highway in the direction of movement to the city center. Within walking distance are a branch of Sberbank, grocery stores, pharmacies, a fitness center and the Trud pool, cafes and eateries, a branch of Russian Post, express mail and a city square.
According to the Vedomosti newspaper, the new owner may build a residential complex on the site of the business center. The Grand Building company, registered in Moscow on June 27, 2025, operates in the field of rental and real estate management. Its general director and sole founder is businessman Andrei Boksha. The authorized capital is 100 thousand rubles.
Previously, Boksha acted as a partner of a number of large Moscow developers. In particular, he was a co-investor in several Capital Group projects, including ILove near the Alekseevskaya metro station and Bauman House on Novaya Doroga Street. In addition, Boksha planned to build, together with the LSR group, a large residential complex with an area of 155 thousand square meters on Obrucheva Street in Moscow, but subsequently withdrew from this project.[1]
