In mid-January 2025, it became known that Alrosa had completed the transition to the domestic PIX Processes platform for modeling and managing business processes. The project has become part of the company's import substitution and digital development strategy. Created a single process space for all departments. Earlier, Alrosa used the foreign IndustryPrint Process Modeler system developed by Deloitte for more than five years .
The lack of a single process registry limited scaling. The need to work with disparate schemes created by different teams made it more difficult to manage current and future projects. The company has set the task of migrating existing models and building a centralized approach to describing processes. The implementation of the Russian solution was carried out in a short time.
The "Process Studio" module of the "PIX Processes" system was chosen as the platform. This is a Russian development that provides a single contour for modeling. The system provides flexible access rights management and the ability to refine functionality to meet customer requirements. Open architecture allows you to adapt the solution to the specifics of the business.
The project was implemented with the participation of the partner "First Bit Sports" and vendor control of PIX Robotics. The integrator ensured the implementation and configuration of the system. The developer provided technical supervision and consulting support. The tripartite model made it possible to take into account the interests of the customer, implement the project effectively and comply with technological standards.
The implementation took place in two stages. First, a production profile has been created for Alros employees and the process hierarchy has been transferred. The working environment provides internal users with access to current diagrams. Then a separate DEV loop for external contractors is deployed. The test environment allows you to design and validate changes before transferring to the product.
