The Stone development company received a positive opinion on compliance for the Class A "Stone Savelovskaya" business center in Moscow. The next step will be to issue a commissioning permit. The business center is located seven minutes walk from the Savelovskaya metro station and is designed to accommodate 10 thousand employees. The cost of the facility is estimated at 12 billion rubles.

According to Kommersant, the architectural project was carried out by the Tsimailo, Lyashenko and Partners bureau. The complex includes two 24-story mirrored towers. Ceilings in offices are 3.65m high and panoramic glazing provides high levels of natural light.

The press service of the developer Stone said that the facility is one of the few ready-made class A business centers that allow the move to take place in 2026. The company's portfolio includes both projects under construction and completed. In the first quarter of 2026, a compliance opinion is scheduled for Tower D as part of the Stone Towers block. Receipt of a similar document for the Stone Leninsky premium complex is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.

The design of public areas was developed by the London studio Kemelin Partners. The two-level stylobate combines towers and houses restaurants, cafes and a fitness center. The concept of improvement was prepared by the Basis bureau.

The location of the complex provides transport accessibility. The distance to the Third Transport Ring is 500 m. Proximity to the stations of the Moscow central diameters of the MTsD-1 and MTsD-4 provides communication with the Moscow City business center. The trip from the complex to the Skolkovo Innovation Center in MTsD-1 takes 40 minutes. The Aeroexpress station to Sheremetyevo Airport is within walking distance, a car trip to the air harbor takes about 30^[1][2]
