2026: "Sititelekom" bought "Natlink" and "Komiten "

In January 2026, Citielekom announced the completion of transactions to acquire the telecom operators Netlink and Komiten. As a result of the agreements, Citelecom included in its structure telecom operators providing high-speed Internet services, IP television, as well as corporate solutions: virtual telephone exchanges, private networks (VPN), rental of communication channels and 8-800 toll-free number service.

The acquired assets will operate under a single Citilek brand. Citielekom Executive Director Vladimir Sokirkin said that the purchase of operators is consistent with the long-term growth strategy of the group's telecommunications business Filanco"" and is aimed at expanding coverage in the Moscow region. Consolidation allows you to combine technology and operational practices to improve the quality of services. According to Vladimir Sokirkin, the group is exploring the possibility of further acquisitions to increase market share and accelerate growth.

Citielekom bought the telecom operators Netlink and Komiten

Technological integration provided Cititelecom with access to an additional 200 km of optical communication lines and new communication nodes. The group's total customer base increased by 15%. All services from the Citelekom portfolio will become available to subscribers of the attached companies.

Operator "Netlink" was registered in August 2019 in the village of Dmitrovskoye, Moscow Region. Founder and CEO Alexander Rassadin sold 100% of the company's shares to Ivan Galanichev in February 2024. Natlink's revenue in 2024 amounted to 11.4 million rubles, net profit - 6.7 million rubles.

Komiten Corp was registered in Moscow in June 2020. Ilya Dyakonov has been the CEO since its inception. For 2024, the company's revenue amounted to 160.2 million rubles, net profit - 11.1 million rubles.[1]
