The NOVAROLL group of companies completely abandoned paper in personnel workflow and transferred more than 5,000 employees to electronic format - from work sites to foreign citizens. The automation project was implemented through the introduction of the HRlink service, as well as the Start Link remote hiring platform, which is part of its ecosystem. After scaling the project for the transition to KEDO to the entire holding, NOVAROLL also introduced Start Link, a remote hiring service that automated the employment process and accelerated the stage of creating an employee card in 1C. This additionally reduced the routine burden on personnel specialists and accelerated the process of introducing new employees into the accounting loop.
The NOVAROLL team was also actively involved in the development of the Start Link functionality, proposing refinements, including autosaving the candidate questionnaire and notifications of changes in the status of documents for responsible persons.
