The manufacturer of ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles plans to move to a single digital environment for working with documents in order to speed up coordination and increase the manageability of tasks.

As the volume of contractual, financial and internal documents grew, processes began to take longer and complicate the interaction between departments. The company needed to increase control over the timing and quality of tasks, reduce the share of routine operations, speed up document flow and simplify the creation and search for documents. In addition, by switching to electronic format, the possibility of reducing printing costs was considered.

In order to close the tasks that have arisen, you chose the Directum RX digital platform. The decision was made based on the results of competitive procedures. The evaluation took into account the cost, functionality, vendor experience and reliability of the software product.

As part of the implementation, a single outline of work is being built with contractual, internal and financial documents, including accounts, acts and APDs. The system organizes a financial archive, configures the connector to the operator E-DOCUMENT FLOW Diadoc , and deploys the development environment.

The project is in its early stages. At the current stage, the infrastructure has been deployed, basic settings have been made and basic scenarios have been launched. Already in January 2026, more than 200 employees work in the system. The company was able to monitor the progress of tasks and speed up the processing of documents.

The work is carried out by the Directum team together with internal specialists of the Ceramic Products Plant.

In the future, the company plans to improve the system for internal specific processes, gradually optimizing it, as well as launch personnel electronic document management.
