2025: Modern ERP System Implementation Project
CJSC ELSIE STEEL CONSTRUCTION is a large production enterprise specializing in the design and manufacture of steel supports for overhead power lines and lighting masts. To improve the efficiency of management and optimize accounting, a project was initiated to implement a modern ERP system.
The main goal of the project was to optimize accounting processes and increase the manageability of business processes of the enterprise. The previously used 1S:UPP system was significantly customized, which led to a deviation from the standard functionality, complicated escort and limited the possibility of further development. Significant technological debt, as well as unrealized requirements of functional customers for processes and reporting, have become key factors in making a decision to switch to "1C:ERP. Enterprise Management 2 "as a typical and scalable platform.
Raitek DTG LLC, which has broad competencies in the field of automation of accounting systems at production enterprises, was chosen as the project executor. During the survey, the main problems were identified: low transparency and manageability of production processes, the lack of a unified structure of regulatory reference information, the complexity of updating it, as well as the limited ability to plan and control the fulfillment of production orders.
Specialists of Raitek DTG LLC created a single integrated information environment based on 1C:ERP. Enterprise management 2, "providing automation of operational, management, regulated and production accounting. Within the framework of the project, the NSI was unified, the mechanisms of the dynamic structure of production orders and elements of MES-functionality were implemented, which ensure the formation of shift tasks and operational accounting of work performance. The system automated 200 workplaces.
