2025: RFID Implementation
The dental laboratory "Dantistoff" has introduced a digital production management system created thanks to the joint work of "RUTI Inventas," KELSOFT, ELMA and "TAP." This was announced by "RUTI Inventas" on January 29, 2026.
This digital platform reduced equipment downtime by 50%, reduced costs by 20%, and increased order accuracy by up to 98%. The system monitors every step of the lab in real time, providing process transparency and productivity growth.
Before the introduction of digital solutions, the Dantistoff laboratory faced serious management problems: order accounting was carried out manually through Excel, instant messengers and the DentAll for Windows system. Information was lost, deadlines were broken, the equipment was idle, and the workload of specialists was uneven. Management did not have accurate data for planning and control, which negatively affected patient treatment schedules and business financial results.
It has become obvious that to improve efficiency, it is necessary to fully automate the production cycle, make processes transparent and ensure control at every stage - from the receipt of an order to its delivery to clinics.
To automate the work of the dental laboratory, a comprehensive project was implemented with the participation of several key partners - the KELSOFT integrator, the low-code of the ELMA365 platform, the APS module of TAP. Digital tools made it possible to quickly plan the load of employees and equipment, taking into account priorities and technological requirements.
The key element was the RFID solution from RUTI Inventas, which provides full control over the movement of orders at all stages of production.
All orthopedic components related to a specific order-work are placed in a plastic container. A TwinTag RFID label is applied to the container with a unique identifier by which the ELMA365 platform identifies the accounting object and associates it with a specific order.
After registration, the accounting objects are moved to the workplaces of the employees, where RFID readers RST-MAR record the entry and exit of the order at each production stage.
When finished, the container with the finished order is transferred to the courier shipping rack. Further, the portal reader RST-GN-001 records the order exit from the laboratory, and RFID readers installed in clinics control its receipt to the corresponding department. This ensures a full digital production cycle and transparency of all processes in real time.
ON RFID solutions (RST-WEBCONNECT, RST-SPEEDWARE, RST-MAR-MW) work in conjunction with ELMA365 and APS, combining accounting, control and planning into a single digital platform.
| RFID not only captures objects at every stage of production, it turns the transfer data into managed information. This is not just control - it is the ability to see the entire laboratory as a single living organism and respond to any deviations in time, minimizing errors and losses, "said Alexander Komkov, head of the RUTI Inventas engineering department. |
The introduction of a comprehensive digital system with the integration of an RFID solution from RUTI Inventas, the ELMA365 platform and the APS module of TAP made it possible to bring the work of the dental laboratory and clinics Dantistoff to a new level.
The system ensured complete transparency of processes, minimized errors, optimized the load of employees and equipment, and also made it possible to accurately control the timing of orders and logistics.
As a result, deadlines reached 98%, equipment downtime decreased by 50%, production costs decreased by 20%, and accounting errors decreased by 90%. The savings of the wage fund amounted to 15% without reducing quality, and the accuracy of planning the work of the laboratory and clinics increased by 40%.
| The implementation of the digital system has become a real revolution: now we see every order at all stages, we can quickly respond to deviations and plan work with an accuracy of a minute. For business, this means saving resources, improving the quality of patient care and increasing financial results, "said Evgeny Igoshin, member of the board of directors of Dantistoff Group of Companies. |
The introduction of an RFID solution in the Dantistoff laboratory reflects the global trend of digitalization of healthcare. In recent years, RFID technologies have been increasingly introduced into medicine, becoming a key tool for the digital transformation of the industry.
RFID solutions automatically track tools, materials, and products in real time, simplifying inventory management, reducing manual accounting errors, and improving workflow responsiveness - from inventory to logistics monitoring and product availability.
