2026: Presentation "Pulse UK"

The Filosfot company has implemented a solution - Pulse UK, which displays the key performance indicators of the management company in real time. This function automatically collects all available data from the Majord ecosystem, making home maintenance processes transparent to all parties. The developer announced this on January 30, 22026.

The module provides three groups of key figures:

  • SLA for applications - percentage of requests closed on time, with distribution by work categories;
  • CSI (satisfaction index) - average rating of residents on a five-point scale for work and services performed;
  • NPS (loyalty index) - the ratio of residents who are ready to recommend UK, neutral and dissatisfied customers

For residents, this functionality becomes a tool for an objective assessment of the work of the management company, allowing you to track the implementation of applications and the quality of service based on specific metrics. For the management company, the system provides analytics for timely identification of weaknesses in work and optimization of service processes.

Transparency is a key trend in property management. When residents see real performance indicators of the management company, and management companies receive clear analytics, this changes the quality of interaction. Instead of emotional disputes, there is a substantive conversation based on data and, most importantly, partnership, - said the director of "Philosopher" Ivan Vlasov.

For developers, the introduction of such tools becomes an additional competitive quality that increases the value of objects and their own management companies and reduces the risks of conflict situations with residents after the delivery of houses.
