Setl Group continues to actively digitalize construction processes. The holding is testing the Russian mixed reality platform BRIO MRS at its facilities under construction. The use of IT tools allows not only to minimize costs and reduce construction time, but also to create transparent processes at all stages - from design to delivery of facilities. Setl Group announced this on February 3, 2026.

As a result of the tests, the technology helped identify opportunities for optimization at several construction sites. In addition, the equipment showed stable operation in various conditions, and the exchange of data between the site and the office took no more than 5 minutes.

All testing participants - design, construction and quality departments - confirmed the possibility of introducing the technology into the current processes of the company. Therefore, according to the results of testing, the period of trial operation of BRIO MRS was launched at Setl Group facilities with the collection of data for assessing the effectiveness and further development of the product.

It is important for us not only to assess the current efficiency of the solution and its potential for further development in the context of laser scanning and photogrammetry technologies already used in the Holding. First of all, it is necessary to clearly determine the list of practical tasks that the solution can cope with in real conditions.
