2026: BPMSoft Implementation
Korus Consulting Group of Companies has transferred the key procurement processes of Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies to an updated version of the BPMSoft platform and has modernized a single workspace for planning, control and analytics. This made it possible to increase the accuracy of resource assessment, transparency of working with counterparties and make working with data safer. Corus Consulting announced this on February 4, 2026.
The Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies is one of the processors of oilseeds in Russia and exporters of agricultural products. The company's activities are focused on processing soybeans, rapeseed and other oilseeds, providing a large range of logistics services, purchasing grain and oilseeds, distributing products to the end consumer.
Before the start of the project, purchases were carried out in the CRM system, which the company developed in parallel with the growth of trade volumes and the expansion of the list of tasks. As functionality increased and data volumes increased, there was a need to update the solution architecture and update access settings so that the system matches the current business structure.
Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies has a request to modernize the role model to ensure transparency and correct distribution of rights between system users, create tools for comparing planned and actual purchases, and combine data related to crops, yields and contracts for holistic reporting. New tasks also included the automation of competitive analysis, the introduction of tools for determining free reserves based on operational data and the formation of rules for identifying key counterparties and differentiated work with them.
To implement the project, Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies chose KORUS Consulting as a technological partner, taking into account the experience of joint projects and expertise in the implementation and development of CRM and BPM solutions. An updated version of the Russian BPMSoft platform was chosen, which made it possible to update the solution architecture, take into account the specifics of the procurement process and ensure scalability.
The introduction of the BPMSoft platform has made it possible to qualitatively change procurement management, creating a single workspace that has significantly increased operational efficiency by reducing the time spent on data retrieval and routine operations. The company managed to improve the quality of analytics and forecasting, in addition, Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies was able to conduct a deeper analysis of interaction with counterparties of all types, including federal and regional companies.
During the project, KORUS Consulting also introduced a mechanism for analyzing the competitive environment, which allows you to track sales volumes and data on failed transactions. It became possible to automatically determine free reserves by promptly comparing the entered information on the planned and actual yield of the counterparty in the regions of Russia with open data of state and industry statistics. The key quality was the possibility of online comparison of operational crop data in the regions with statistical reporting, which increased the accuracy of planning and the speed of decision-making. Strategic management of relationships with partners has reached a new level thanks to the system of identifying key counterparties and setting up individual rules for working with them, which ensured personalized and effective interaction. Pooling data related to crops, crop volumes and contracts ensured the integrity of management reporting and improved the accuracy of the assessment of enterprise resources.
In the future, Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies plans to develop digital services for the procurement unit. The plans include the introduction and development of analytical tools for segmentation of counterparties, the integration of BPMSoft with instant messengers, the connection of a mobile application and the development of a geoanalytics module.
We have shortened the decision-making cycle. Now in the CRM system we see the path from assessing the potential of the region to concluding a deal. This has formed a solid digital foundation for further development. The next step is the development of analytical tools and automation for the transition to intelligent and predictable purchases, "said Anna Lucezarnaya, data analyst at Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies.
The project was highly complex, required a deep analysis of the current system configuration and taking into account the features of current business processes. Thanks to close cooperation with the Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies team, we managed to create a flexible solution that already brings effect and will become the basis for further improving the efficiency of procurement processes, - said Konstantin Gusev, project manager of KORUS Consulting Group of Companies.
Thanks to the capabilities of BPMSoft, the procurement unit of Sodruzhestvo Group of Companies has modernized a single digital environment in which planning, control and work with counterparties are combined into an end-to-end process that provides accurate forecasting and manageability, "said Vadim Sorokin, director of business development at BPMSoft.
