The project of the Korus Consulting Group of Companies for the digital modernization of warehouse logistics of L. Argo, one of the distributors of baby food and goods for children in Russia, has started. The solution automates key processes, ensures data transparency and prepares the company's logistics for new government regulatory requirements. Corus Consulting announced this on February 6, 2026.

The team of KORUS Consulting Group will implement a 1C:WMS system, covering a full cycle of work - from inspection to commissioning. Within the framework of the project, an address storage system will be configured, the processes of acceptance, placement, assembly and shipment will be automated, shelf life control will be implemented and data exchange with the ERP system will be organized. Special attention will be paid to analytics: logistics indicators will become available in real time and will allow making decisions based on reliable data.

The project is implemented according to a special methodology, in which the system is set up in parallel with the survey, which allows the customer to see the work of the solution in the early stages and quickly adjust the requirements.

As a result, L. Argo will receive a digital warehouse management platform focused on maximum automation and systematization of work with labeled goods. Integration of the 1C:WMS with the Honest Sign system will ensure transparent accounting, control of operations and readiness for regulatory changes, forming a reliable technological basis for further growth and scaling of the business.
