Softlogic.CallCenter is the universal platform for automation of work of contact centers, client and customer services of the organizations, sales departments and telemarketing.

The solution is constructed using open technologies and has all necessary functionality for rapid implementation and adaptation under requirements of customers. In the basis the solution uses the platform of automation business of processes and development of business applications of Softlogic Archimedes, what guarantees to business relevance of the application in each timepoint that considerably reduces project risks and allows to manage changes in process of implementation and operation of a system.

The basic functionality of the solution includes:

  • Maintaining customer base of the company;
  • Possibility of qualification of the entering and outgoing calls;
  • Management of calls and queues of calls;
  • Management of work of operators;
  • Record of telephone conversations;
  • Creation of detailed statistics and reports;
  • Automatic call-downs of the customer base;
  • Dynamic formation of client segments;
  • Creation of scripts of a talk;
  • Creation of the scenarios IVR (voice menu);
  • Integration into program phones (softphone).

In the basic version a system is delivered to Asterisk integrated from a digital exchange that allows to reduce costs for solution deployment considerably. Besides, a system has open interfaces for integration with different automatic telephone exchanges and business applications (CRM ERP Document flow ServiceDesk etc.).
