1,100 employees from five regions were transferred to KEDO, the company plans to connect 3,000 people. The project started in September 2025. Before implementation, the company worked with paper documents - the registration took up to several days, taking into account the transfer or trip to the office. The transition to electronic format made it possible to speed up personnel processes by 80% and reduce the time spent by specialists by human resources department 40%.

The key criterion for choosing VK HR Tek is the ability to manage the distributed structure from a single window when integrating with 1C. Implementation went on in stages: first, the company automated employees' applications - vacations, business trips, certificates; then - personnel processes of specialists: orders, job descriptions. The next stage is hiring and connecting construction site personnel.

VK HR Tek automates 30 types of documents. Operations are available through the web interface and mobile application, documents form a legally significant digital archive.
