2026: Introduction of an industrial robot that has accelerated production 4 times

In February 2026, Leber, a company specializing in the production of children's gaming and sports complexes, completed the robotization of welding production. The introduction of a welding robot made it possible to 4 times increase the productivity of the enterprise. Information about this came from the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

According to representatives of the Leber company, automation of typical operations has freed up the resources of qualified welders, who are now engaged in extremely complex and non-standard orders that require manual labor and an individual approach. One robotic complex and seven conductors are simultaneously involved on the line, which ensures parallel production of up to seven structural elements.

The Russian manufacturer of children's playgrounds and sports grounds "Leber" introduced industrial robots, which 4 times accelerated the production of products

In addition to increasing production rates, the new equipment had a positive impact on product quality. Weld stability and joint accuracy have improved the reliability and strength of finished products.

Leber has been operating in the market since 2010 and is one of the leading manufacturers of gaming equipment in Russia. The company's structure includes two production sites and a warehouse complex. In 2026, the geography of supplies expanded: products were shipped to customers in Qatar and Brazil. The company's international expansion began with deliveries to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, which was the starting point for entering the global market, according to the vendor's website.[1]
