Forward on February 19, 2026 announced the completion of work to expand the functionality of the FORWARD MNVx Suite platform used by Express Mobile. The solution previously used in the MVNO configuration is scaled to the MVNE platform level.

This update turns Express Mobile into a technology hub: now the company can launch and service third-party operators on its base as soon as possible. On the basis of the updated platform, the first external partner is already being connected, three more projects are in the final development stage.

Within the framework of the project, FORWARD significantly expanded the key contours of the platform - the core of subscriber and service management, online charging, the integration layer for connecting external operator and IT systems. The platform now supports a multi-lease architecture - this allows "isolated" and secure management of multiple operators within a single installation while maintaining uniform quality standards.

Particular attention is paid to M2M/segment support: IoT FORWARD MNVx Suite now provides a full cycle of Machine-to-Machine device management - from mass activation-maps and SIM remote profile management to specialized charging taking into account low traffic, packet models and event monitoring. This opens up opportunities for launching projects in the fields Internet of things, telematics, smart cities industry 4.0 and other industries with high growth potential for M2M connections. In addition, the platform received developed white label capabilities: partners can launch their own branded MVNO/MVNE/MVNA projects using the ready-made Express Mobile technological base.
