Personnel of Ural Carriage-Building Plant will be protected

The IT company started implementation at production association Federal State Unitary Enterprise Ural Carriage-Building Plant of the specialized solution for personnel management at the enterprises of military industrial complex based on the software package "Boss-personnel officer". Feature of a system is high degree of protection of the processed information. After project completion the certification confirming compliance of a system to requirements of the Russian legislation will be carried out.

The enterprise which part machine-building plants, design offices and laboratories are makes wide range of products including military equipment. Total number of personnel of consolidation exceeds 35 thousand people.

So far registration of personnel at the enterprise was carried out without use of specialized software solutions that did not provide necessary data protection about personnel of consolidation and did not conform to requirements of the Russian legislation.

Within project implementation it is going to automate 140 jobs. At the same time necessary adaptation of functionality of the solution will be executed that will allow to make in addition to registration of personnel salary accrual and other financial compensations according to the algorithms accepted at the enterprise. For automation of this process solution integration "Boss-personnel officer" with the finance application used at the enterprise will be performed. Besides, local networking which will integrate all enterprises of a complex is provided.

Project implementation on Ural Carriage-Building Plant will become the first implementation of the specialized solution which is recently developed by IT company for personnel management at the enterprises of the military industrial complex representing integration of the Boss-personnel officer software package with an end-to-end system of data protection which part the subsystem of protection of databases, a subsystem of protection against unauthorized access, a subsystem of network security, a subsystem of antivirus protection and a subsystem of protection against collateral electromagnetic radiations and aimings (PEMIN) are.
