2016: Start of the implementation of a specialized solution for personnel management at the military-industrial complex enterprises

ATI Company has begun to introduce at the production association FSUE Uralvagonzavod a specialized solution for personnel management at military-industrial complex enterprises based on the Boss-Personnel software complex. A feature of the system is a high degree of protection of the processed information. After the completion of the project, certification will be carried out confirming the compliance of the system with the requirements of Russian legislation.

The company, which includes machine-building plants, design bureaus and laboratories, produces a wide range of products, including military equipment. The total number of employees of the association exceeds 35 thousand people.

Until now, personnel registration at the enterprise was carried out without the use of specialized software solutions, which did not provide the necessary protection of information about the staff of the association and did not comply with the requirements of Russian law.

As part of the project, it is planned to automate 140 workplaces. At the same time, the necessary adaptation of the functionality of the solution will be carried out, which will allow, in addition to taking into account personnel, to accrue wages and other financial compensation in accordance with the algorithms adopted at the enterprise. To automate this process, the Boss-Human Resources solution will be integrated with the financial application used in the enterprise. In addition, it is envisaged to build a local area network that will unite all enterprises of the complex.

The implementation of the project at Uralvagonzavod will be the first implementation of a specialized solution for personnel management at IPC enterprises, recently developed by iT, which is an integration of the Boss-Personnel software package with an integrated information protection system, which includes a database protection subsystem, a subsystem for protection against unauthorized access, a network security subsystem, an anti-virus protection subsystem and a subsystem for protection against by-product electromagnetic radiation and aiming (PMIN).

2006: Implementation of HR Management Product

A project to introduce a product for managing personnel processes in a Russian corporation engaged in the development and production of military equipment, road construction vehicles and railway cars.

The plant needed a full-fledged automated personnel process management system for the defense industry enterprise with more than 20,000 employees.

What has been accomplished:

Automation of management of personnel processes and organizational structure of enterprises, time accounting and payroll in HRMBOSS the "" system for defense enterprises.

Implementation results and benefits:
