The implementation project of CIS of "Omega Production" on "NPK "Ural Carriage-Building Plant" is implemented

The OmegaSoftware company won the tender for execution of works for development and deployment of an automated system of operational production planning held by Open joint stock company "Ural Carriage-Building Plant scientific and production corporation of F.E. Dzerzhinsky".

The open competition on right to contract on development and deployment of an automated system of operational production planning on JSC NPK Uralvagonozavod was held at the end of 2010. The OmegaSoftware company – developer of the Corporate information system "Omega Production" - was recognized the winner and acquired the right to development and deployment of the software for JSC NPK Ural Carriage-Building Plant of F.E. Dzerzhinsky".

Within project implementation the following tasks will be implemented:

• Carrying out inspection of the existing status, report layout about results of inspection
• Development of the main concept of operational planning and dispatching of a production process of JSC NPK Ural Carriage-Building Plant
• Integration with the information systems functioning at the enterprise
• Formation and maintaining structures of products and rastsekhovochny routes
• Maintaining material standards and calculations of need for material resources
• Maintaining labor standards and calculations of need for labor resources
• Maintaining data on the equipment and calculation of capacities of production
• Calculations of costs and cost value of products
• Finite scheduling and dispatching of production
• Operational planning and accounting of production on the assembly conveyor

During the second half of 2011 the OmegaSoftware company and Management of information technologies of the enterprise implemented the project of management of rail car assembly production of JSC NPK Ural Carriage-Building Plant. During the course of performance the project the following tasks were carried out:

• Converting of data from systems existing at the enterprise
• Formation of the nomenclature of workshops
• Management of intershop transfers of materials and products
• Planning and dispatching of rail car assembly production
• Representation of production indicators to the management of the enterprise and concern
