Borisov Egor Afanasyevich was born on August 15, 1954 in the village Churapcha of Churapchinsky district Yakut the ASSR.
Graduated in 1979 from the Novosibirsk agricultural institute (since 1991 - the Novosibirsk state agricultural university) in "Mechanization of agriculture" with qualification "mechanical engineer".
