Main objective of the project - creation and system implementation of automation of the state order which would allow to provide a full range of functions and actions of the staff of the Government of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic who are carrying out work on planning, preparation, placement, carrying out purchases and maintaining the register of public contracts.
