Single Trading Systems (STS)

In years the UTS company performed works about 60 research and development (research and ROC) on a wide range of subjects of development of electronic trading; implemented more than 350 successful projects on automation of the public and municipal procurements and about 20 large commercial projects of industry and corporate marketplaces. According to the expert opinion of Institute of state procurements of A.B. Solovyov, the State procurements software product developed by the company corresponds to the current legislation of the Russian Federation on deliveries of goods, accomplishment of services and works for the state needs. The solution was recognized the best according to the results of the competitive selection made by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation within implementation of the FTP "Electronic Russia 2002 — 2010".

The efficiency of a system is confirmed with experience of its operation and implementation at many federal and regional Customers, including: Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, Russian Foreign Ministry, Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, administration of the Voronezh, Belgorod, Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Saratov and Penza regions, Primorsky and Perm Krai and other customers. At the municipal level the product of UTS uses about 300 municipal entities.

In 2006 for creation of the Economic portal of the Belgorod region the company got "An award of the Russian Internet (Runet)", in 2008 — 2009 diplomas of the All-Russian forum exhibition "State Order-2009" and "State order-2008" and also a medal of the "State Order of Sankt-St. Petersburg-2008" exhibition as the developer of the best automated system of carrying out public procurements.
