Biography

Pavel Leonidovich Ipatov was born on April 12, 1950 in the village of Asbestovskom of Sverdlovsk region.

1965: Ural polytechnical technical school

From 1965 to 1969 studied in the Ural polytechnical technical school of Sverdlovsk.

1969: KMK

In 1969 - 1973 - the duty electrician of the 7th discharge, the shift supervisor of electroworkshop of Kuznetsk Metallurgical Combine (since 2003 - Novokuznetsk iron and steel works).

1975

UPI

In 1975 qualification "electrical engineer", specialty "power plants" graduated from power faculty of the Ural polytechnical institute (in 2010 under the name the Ural state technical university - UGTU UPI is merged into the Ural State University of A.M. Gorky with formation of Ural Federal University).

Ministry of Energy of USSR

In 1975 - the driver-inspector of boiler-and-turbine workshop No. 2 of Slavic Ministry of Energy USSR GRES.

In 1976 - 1980 - the senior duty electrician, the shift supervisor of electroworkshop of the Uglegorsk Ministry of Energy USSR GRES.

1980: Ministry of Energy of the USSR

In 1980 - 1983 - the shift supervisor of electroworkshop, the shift supervisor of reactor workshop of Directorate of the Southern Ukrainian nuclear power plant under construction of a Higher Professional Education of Soyuzatomenergo of the Ministry of Energy of the USSR.

In 1983 - 1985 - the shift supervisor of the Southern Ukrainian nuclear power plant of a Higher Professional Education of Soyuzatomenergo of the Ministry of Energy of the USSR.

1985: Balakovo NPP

August, 1985 - 2005 - the chief engineer, the director, the deputy CEO - the director of the branch of Rosenergoatom Concern "Balakovo nuclear power plant".

1991: AHX

In 1991 graduated from Academy of National Economy at council of ministers of the USSR (since 2010 - the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)), department Management, qualification "the leading specialist on management".

1996: Administration of the Balakovo MO

From 1996 to 2001 was the deputy of Council of deputies of the Balakovo municipal entity of the first convocation. Since 2001 - the deputy of Council of deputies of the Balakovo municipal entity of the second convocation. Member of regional political council of a batch United Russia.

2000: Candidate of Technical Sciences

In 2000 the academic degree "Candidate of Technical Sciences" is awarded.

2001: Doctor of Engineering

In 2001 the academic degree "Doctor of Engineering" is awarded.

2005: Governor of the Saratov region

On March 3, 2005 deputies of the Saratov region duma unanimously supported Pavel Leonidovich Ipatov's candidacy proposed by the Russian President for a post of the Governor of the Saratov region.

On April 5, 2005 the ceremony of taking office of the head of the Saratov region was held.

On March 23, 2010 on representation of the Russian President deputies of the Saratov region duma made the decision on Pavel Ipatov's investment with powers of the Governor of the Saratov region for the second term.

On April 5, 2010 the ceremony of the introduction of Pavel Ipatov in a position of the Governor of the Saratov region was held.

March 23, 2012. By the decree of the Russian President it is dismissed with a formulation "at own will".

2009: Doctor of Economics

In 2009 the academic degree "Doctor of Economics" is awarded.

2012: Rosenergoatom

Since July, 2012 - the deputy CEO - the director of strategy and organizational development of JSC Rosenergoatom Concern.

• veteran of nuclear power (2003).

Family

Married. The daughter Anna is a graduate of Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation).
