Technomash-VOS of TsNITI (1C:Enterprise 8. PDM Management of engineering data)

Specialists of TSNITI Technomash-VOS Ltd company completed a training course on a system "1C:Enterprise 8. PDM Management of engineering data" (1C:PDM).

TsNITI Technomash-VOS Ltd is founded based on the Central research Institute of Technology of the Ministry of the industry of means of communication in 1995 and is engaged in development and production of fiber-optical components and information transmission systems.

For the purpose of implementation of PLM technologies the enterprise uses the PDM+ERP complex on a single platform 1C: Enterprise.

For specialists of the enterprise the APPIUS company, the system developer 1C:PDM, conducted a three-day training course on work in a system.

During the first day the principles of work with the main interfaces of a PDM system and also work with windows and context menus were considered. Specialists of the enterprise sorted types of elements of a PDM system and their parameters.

In the second day of training options of work with a PLM component to SolidWorks, creation of structure of a product, creation and carrying out notifications on change were considered. The question of storage in the PDM system of configurations of the products created in SolidWorks, transfer of parameter values of 3D models to 1C:PDM was in detail considered.

The third day was generally devoted to a technology part of a PDM system, specialists of the enterprise received skills of creation of technology on the developed products. The basic principles of work with the design-technology reference book of a PDM system are covered.

Within all three days of training specialists of the enterprise alternately with training – for fixing of the passable material – performed the practical tasks delivered by the teacher. The main emphasis on practical tasks was put on notifications on change, both in design, and in a technology part.

In general, training took place successfully, the trained group of specialists of the TSNITI Technomash-VOS Ltd enterprise received certificates and can effectively solve problems of KTPP in a 1C system: PDM.
