"USP Compulink" created the modern system of telephone communication for VTB bank

"USP Compulink" successfully completed project works "Telephone exchanges and communication systems at office of joint stock company VTB bank in a complex Federation of the Moscow International Moscow City Business Centre. Within the project which became one of the largest in Russia and Eastern Europe specialists of USP Compulink perform works on deliveries, installation and settings of the equipment of telephony.

For the solution of the main objectives of the project - ensuring a large number of connections and creation of high-quality service for users - the automatic telephone exchange of Avaya S8730/G650, with a general capacity over 5000 ports was set. For the purpose of decrease in operating costs the single system of management is created: the central and reserve control nodes are concentrated on the 22nd floor where the data processing center is located. Reliability of business of bank should be provided with reliable infrastructure therefore special requirements were imposed to stability and uninterrupted operation of work of main systems of bank. Specialists of USP Compulink provided reservation of all crucial nodes within the project. About the scale of the project it is possible to judge by the size of office in which USP Compulink set jobs for subscribers. The new central office of VTB bank - one of the most significant financial institutions of Russia, - is located on 32 floors with a total area of 60 thousand square meters in the Complex Federation of the Moscow City business center. Constructed taking into account the European standards and the innovative technologies, equipped with the latest communication system, the office now completely meets the modern requirements and answers the purpose and perspectives of business of VTB Group.
