Biography

Dmitry Nazipov was born in 1968 in Cheboksary. In 1990 graduated from electrotechnical faculty of the Chuvash state university of I.N. Ulyanov. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

1994-2004: Chief information officer of Chuvashia

Nazipov began a labor activity the software engineer of the Cheboksary center of information science, and in 1994 passed into Administration of the President of the Chuvash Republic. Held a post of the head of department of informatization of information and analytical management, then - the head of department of information technologies.

In 2002-2004 headed the state committee of the Chuvash Republic on communication and informatization where advanced the idea that that "the state is the service organization focused on satisfaction of needs of citizens of the country".

Under the leadership of Nazipov infrastructure (communication networks, a data processing center, municipal information systems, the centers of public access) was developed in the republic, the situational center is created, the portal, the system of electronic state procurements was implemented, the integrated state resources in the field of the personified accounting of the population were created.

By the time of my arrival on all government of Chuvashia there were five computers using which printed documents for the top officials of the republic. When I left, computers were already in each office, paperless document flow developed. Service of e-mail and a government segment the Internet covered hundreds of the organizations in all territory of the republic, - Nazipov in one of an interview[1] told[1]

2004-2017: Chief information officer of VTB

In 2004 Dmitry Nazipov passed into VTB bank where held a post of the vice president, head of department of implementation and maintenance of information systems. Since April, 2006 it was appointed the senior vice president, the Head of the Moscow Department of Information Technology of VTB.

Among the most significant projects of VTB it is possible to select implementation of the single automated banking system, electronic document management, the system of remote banking, the centralized storage, computing infrastructure.

2017: Transition to Gazprombank

Since June 5, 2017 Dmitry Nazipov passes into Gazprombank to a post of the senior vice president, head of the IT block. He reported about it to TAdviser on May 18. The press service of VTB confirmed that Nazipov made the decision to leave bank.

The deputy president-chairman of the board Olga Dergunova who came back to bank in 2016 after several years of work in Rosimushchestvo remains the curator of IT department in VTB.
