The Softline company announces completion of implementation of the DeskWork corporate portal in Public Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training Bashkirsky the state medical university (Public Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training BGMU) that allowed the staff of the university to simplify and automate routine business processes on creation, approval and execution of any kinds of requests.

The Softline company and Public Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training BGMU closely cooperate four years. According to Yury Nasibullin, the chief of information and technical department, "Softline offers a good selection of the software, the competent and technically grounded specialists, quick response to the address on installation and software configuration" that defined the choice of the supplier. Installation and start of the DeskWork corporate portal in operation were performed by forces of technical specialists of Public Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training BGMU. Addresses to technical support service of Softline company were not.

From functionality of DeskWork, first of all, the module "Universal Request" which allows to create requests of different function, for example in IT department, on the courier, training, business trips, etc. was configured. In this module it is possible to configure the information block, to set the list and type of fields of the request, to define the claiming and performing persons. "The universal request" is expected the normal user (not on the technical specialist), i.e. does not use tools which create, store and process the code of programs. The module includes more than 10 already configured requests which it is possible to modify or create their new types.

Most often the staff of Public Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training BGMU in the work uses the module "Polls" which can be two types: containing "the closed questions", answers to which the user should select from the offered options, and the "open questions" allowing users to answer with any text. After holding poll results can be checked and analyzed, using one of possible methods: overview, graphic report, all answers.

"Implementation of DeskWork was quite simple, also the staff of the university within a week studied use of a corporate portal. Now their work became more effective due to automation of daily workflows", – Nasibullin Yury, the chief of information and technical department of the Bashkir state medical university noted.
